Graphene X Technology

Science-Driven
Island-Proven

Our proprietary graphene-enhanced concrete formula is engineered from the ground up for tropical island environments — stronger, greener, and built to last.

The Science

What is
Graphene X Concrete?

Graphene is a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a two-dimensional hexagonal lattice — the strongest material ever tested, with a tensile strength 200 times greater than steel.

Graphene X integrates graphene nanoparticles into our proprietary cement-free binder system. The result is a concrete that is dramatically stronger, lighter, and more durable than anything produced with traditional Portland cement.

Critically, our production process generates near-zero CO₂ emissions — compared to the 800kg of CO₂ produced per tonne of traditional cement.

Key Properties

Six Reasons Graphene X
Changes Everything

Corrosion Resistant

Resists saltwater, humidity, and tropical corrosion that destroys traditional concrete in island environments within decades.

Standard reinforced concrete in coastal environments corrodes from the inside out as saltwater penetrates and oxidizes the steel rebar. Graphene X forms a molecular barrier that prevents this entirely.

2–3× Longer Lifespan

Graphene-reinforced structures last 2 to 3 times longer than standard concrete, dramatically reducing long-term costs.

The graphene lattice distributes stress across a vastly larger surface area at the molecular level, preventing micro-crack formation — the primary failure mode of conventional concrete.

Hurricane & Flood Resistant

Engineered to withstand Category 5 hurricanes and flooding — protecting Bahamian communities when it matters most.

Our mix design achieves compressive strengths exceeding 12,000 psi — more than double standard structural concrete — while maintaining the workability contractors need on-site.

100% Emission-Free

Completely carbon-neutral and fully recyclable — every structure built is a step toward a cleaner planet.

Traditional Portland cement production accounts for approximately 8% of global CO₂ emissions. Graphene X eliminates this entirely through a proprietary low-temperature synthesis process.

Toxic-Free Formula

No harmful chemicals, no toxic off-gassing. Safe for families, workers, and the surrounding marine ecosystem.

Many conventional concrete additives and accelerants contain chromium compounds and other toxins. Our formula is certified free of all hazardous substances under international environmental standards.

Fully Recyclable

At end-of-life, Graphene X structures can be fully recycled and repurposed — closing the material loop.

Unlike conventional concrete which ends up in landfills, Graphene X concrete can be crushed and reprocessed into new construction materials, achieving true circular economy principles.
